By accessing or using LINKZO (linkzo.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Description of Service

LINKZO provides a SaaS platform enabling users to create shortened URLs, custom WhatsApp links with pre-filled messages, QR codes, dynamic multi-agent routing, website floating widgets, and analytics tracking.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information.

4. Prohibited Activities & Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy

You agree NOT to use LINKZO for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Phishing, credit card fraud, social engineering, or deceptive redirects.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or unauthorized executable downloads.
• Unsolicited bulk spamming or harassment via SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
• Illegal gambling, adult content without age verification, or hate speech.

Violation of this policy will result in instant account termination, link deactivation, and domain blocklisting without prior notice or refund.

5. SaaS Plans, Payment & Renewal

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing cycles (Monthly/Annual) are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/UPI. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

6. Service Availability & Warranties

While LINKZO strives for 99.9% uptime, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operational continuity.
